Welcome to 3Dogs Nexus ("3Dogs," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 3Dogs Nexus platform, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
3Dogs Nexus is a decision-intelligence platform designed to help users evaluate complex questions through structured research, analysis, challenge, debate, verification, and documented reasoning.
3Dogs Nexus provides decision-support tools. We do not make decisions on behalf of users. All final decisions and actions remain solely the responsibility of the user.
When you submit a question, 3Dogs Nexus doesn't simply offer an opinion — it researches your question in depth, gathering current, real-world evidence from publicly available sources and stress-testing your decision from multiple independent perspectives.
In practice, this means the Service may perform real-time searches and draw on publicly available information across the internet — the same kind of deep, automated research that specialized search and research tools perform — and compile what it finds into your analysis.
Because that research is thorough, the analysis may surface facts, risks, connections, or considerations you had not anticipated — including information you may not have expected to exist or to be discoverable. That depth is intentional: our purpose is to give you the fullest and most honest picture so you can decide with your eyes open, rather than telling you only what is comfortable to hear.
Any information surfaced is drawn from sources available to the Service, is provided solely for your decision-support, and is subject to the accuracy and verification limitations described elsewhere in these Terms. How you choose to use it remains your responsibility.
The Service is provided for informational and decision-support purposes only. The Service does not provide legal advice, investment advice, accounting advice, medical advice, engineering advice, insurance advice, or any other licensed professional services.
You should consult qualified professionals before acting on recommendations that may materially affect your business, finances, legal obligations, health, safety, or other important matters.
You agree not to use the Service as the sole basis for any legal, medical, financial, hiring/personnel, safety, or otherwise regulated decision.
3Dogs Nexus is designed to help users evaluate decisions they are already considering by analyzing options, assumptions, risks, trade-offs, and alternative perspectives. The Service is intended to support better decision-making and critical thinking.
The Service does not provide investment advice, securities recommendations, gambling advice, prediction market services, or predictions regarding future outcomes. The Service is not designed or intended to identify future stock picks, market winners, guaranteed opportunities, or other speculative outcomes.
You may use the Service to assist in evaluating investments, business decisions, and other matters you are already considering. However, any information, analysis, or recommendations generated by the Service are provided solely for informational and decision-support purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial, investment, legal, medical, tax, or other professional decision.
3Dogs Nexus does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or future performance of any information, analysis, or recommendation generated by the Service. Past performance, historical information, or model-generated analysis are not guarantees or predictions of future results.
You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes, and are encouraged to consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
The Service is designed to help you analyze options, assumptions, and trade-offs — not to predict the future, provide professional advice, or guarantee outcomes.
We do not guarantee:
Artificial intelligence systems can make mistakes, omit relevant information, generate inaccurate information, or produce conclusions with which reasonable professionals may disagree.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. We may offer the Service, or certain features, free of charge during a beta or promotional period; the paid-subscription terms in this Section apply only when and if you purchase a paid plan. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next renewal date.
Cancellation — simple and self-serve. You can cancel your subscription at any time, directly from your account — no phone calls, no emails, and no retention hoops to jump through. We will never make canceling harder than signing up was. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you keep full access until then. We do not issue pro-rata refunds for unused time within a billing period, and fees are otherwise non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Promotional offers, trial periods, and discount codes may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
3Dogs Nexus offers the subscription plans below. Each plan is a binding part of these Terms and is subject to the user and entity limits described. Circumventing plan limits — through credential sharing, account splitting, or other means — is prohibited and may result in suspension, termination, or an adjustment to the appropriate plan and fees.

Solo. $99/month. One user, applying the Service to a single organization or to themselves. Cancel anytime; effective at the end of the current paid billing period.
Professional. $299/month. One user, unlimited client organizations. The subscriber represents and warrants that they are the sole user of the account; the subscriber is responsible and liable for any breach of this sole-use term. Cancel anytime; effective at the end of the current paid billing period.
Corporate. $999/month. Up to five (5) users, all of whom must share the same registered email domain. Unlimited organizations permitted. The subscriber self-certifies that all users meet the same-domain requirement. For administrative or innocent domain/seat violations, we will provide a 30-day cure period to remediate before suspension. We reserve the right to immediate suspension in cases of abuse, fraud, credential sharing, or security risk. Cancel anytime; effective at the end of the current paid billing period.
Enterprise. Advertised starting at $20,000/year; all terms are individually negotiated and require a separately executed Master Service Agreement ("MSA"). There is no self-serve enrollment for Enterprise. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an executed Enterprise MSA, the MSA controls. These Terms otherwise remain in effect as a baseline unless and until superseded by the MSA.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in abusive, unlawful, or harmful activities.
The Service — including software, workflows, processes, branding, content, and technology — is owned by 3Dogs Nexus and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the information and materials you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant 3Dogs a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store, process, and analyze Your Content solely to provide the Service to you, including processing through the AI systems and subprocessors described in Sections 9 and 11.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
The Service may use one or more artificial intelligence systems, models, providers, and external services.
AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may:
AI outputs are not independently verified unless explicitly stated, and should be independently evaluated before being relied upon.
We understand that you may submit sensitive business information — including strategy, financials, acquisition plans, personnel matters, and legal considerations.
We will apply commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of Your Content. You acknowledge and agree that, to provide the Service, Your Content may be processed by third-party AI providers and subprocessors as described in Sections 9 and 11. We do not sell Your Content.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how information you provide is collected, stored, used, retained, and deleted, and which third-party AI providers and subprocessors may process it.
We comply with applicable data-protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and Nevada privacy law (NRS 603A / SB 220). In summary, our Privacy Policy specifies:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3Dogs Nexus, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
Our total liability arising from the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by the customer to 3Dogs Nexus during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 3Dogs Nexus and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, and attorney fees arising from:
Exclusion. This indemnification does not apply to the extent a claim arises from 3Dogs Nexus's own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or continuous availability. Features may be modified, added, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Upstream providers and force majeure. The Service depends on third-party AI providers and cloud infrastructure (including, without limitation, Amazon Web Services / Bedrock and third-party model providers). We are not liable for interruptions, delays, degradation, or failures caused by such third parties or by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, force majeure, acts of God, network failures, or governmental action.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND TO HAVE A JURY TRIAL.
Informal resolution first. Before initiating arbitration, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally: the complaining party will send written notice of the dispute to [email protected], and the parties will have thirty (30) days to resolve it.
Binding arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. The arbitration shall be seated in Clark County, Nevada, or conducted by videoconference where available.
Class-action waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all disputes shall be brought on an individual basis only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 15 (Arbitration), any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
You may discontinue use of the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present risks to the platform, users, or third parties.
Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination, including ownership rights, limitations of liability, indemnification obligations, confidentiality, and dispute-resolution provisions.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice by email and a thirty (30) day period before the changes take effect for your account. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
By creating an account you affirmatively accept the then-current version of these Terms (clickwrap acceptance). We record your acceptance, including user, timestamp, Terms version, and IP/device where available. You will be asked to re-accept when these Terms materially change (per Section 18). Per-login re-acceptance is not required.
