This is a living document. We may refine and update it over time; material changes are handled under Section 11.
This Privacy Policy explains what information 3Dogs Nexus ("3Dogs," "we," "our," or "us") collects, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the 3Dogs Nexus platform, website, and related services (the "Service"). It works alongside our Terms of Service.

Account information. Your email address, name (if provided), organization, and the login credentials managed through our authentication provider.
Your Content. The questions, descriptions, documents, and other information you submit so the Service can research and analyze your decision ("Your Content"). This may include sensitive business information — financials, strategy, personnel, or legal context — which is exactly why we handle it carefully (see Sections 4–6).
Billing information. When you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; we keep limited records such as your plan, subscription status, and a Stripe customer reference.
Usage and technical data. Basic information needed to operate and secure the Service — for example, log data, timestamps, IP/device information, and which features were used.

We do not use Your Content for advertising, and we do not sell it.
To deliver the analysis, Your Content is processed by artificial-intelligence models and by the infrastructure that runs them. This processing happens to provide the Service to you — for example, to research your question and generate your brief.
We do not use Your Content to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model. The AI providers we rely on — accessed through Amazon Web Services (AWS) Bedrock — also do not use your inputs or outputs to train their models. Your business information stays your business.
As part of normal operation, the Service may perform real-time searches of publicly available information on the internet to gather current evidence for your analysis. That research draws on public sources; it does not expose Your Content to those sources.
We use a small set of trusted service providers ("subprocessors") to run the Service. They process data only to provide their service to us, under their own security and privacy obligations:

We will keep this list current as our providers change.
We apply commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information — including encryption in transit, access controls, and authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but protecting sensitive business information is core to what we do, and we treat it that way.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and Nevada privacy law (NRS 603A / SB 220). These can include the right to:

We use only the cookies necessary to keep you logged in and to operate and secure the Service (for example, your session). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. (If analytics are added later, this section will be updated to disclose them and your choices.)
The Service is intended for business use by adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice by email and a reasonable period before the change takes effect, consistent with our Terms of Service.
