You bring us real decisions — sometimes with sensitive business context. Here's exactly how we protect that information, in plain language, and an honest account of where we stand on formal certifications.

The one promise that matters most: we never train AI on your data

Your inputs, documents, and results are used only to produce your answer. They are never used to train, retrain, or improve any AI model, and they are never sold or shared for anyone else's purposes. This is committed in writing in our Privacy Policy.

How the 3Dogs app protects your information

The 3Dogs Nexus application runs on Amazon Web Services, whose infrastructure holds the industry's major security certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, and more). On top of that foundation:

Encryption everywhere — your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Your account is isolated — authenticated access, with each account's cases separated from every other.
No model training on your data — as above, ever.
You stay in control — we retain your case data only for a limited period, and you can request deletion at any time. See our Privacy Policy for specifics.
Clear terms — how we handle your data is spelled out in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, not buried in fine print.

For confidential or regulated work: run it in your own environment

If you work with privileged, confidential, or regulated data — legal matters, M&A, investigations, client financial data — we offer enterprise deployments that run inside your own environment (your cloud tenancy or on-premises). In that model your data never leaves infrastructure you already control and govern, we operate as software rather than as a custodian of your data, and we back it with a Data Processing Addendum, zero-retention options, and — for accredited or classified work — delivery through a certified systems integrator who carries the required certifications and clearances. Where we stand on certifications — honestly

3Dogs Nexus is an early-stage company, and we believe in telling you the truth about that. We do not yet hold our own formal certifications such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, or HIPAA, and we will never claim a certification we do not have. Here is how security is nonetheless covered:

Infrastructure — carried by AWS, whose current attestation reports we can share on request.
Enterprise deployments — because they run inside your environment, your compliance program governs the data; for accredited work, a certified partner carries the certifications and clearances.
The hosted app — protected by the controls above (encryption, isolation, no-training, limited retention, published terms). We're transparent about the controls we operate today, and glad to walk your security team through them.
